Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using the Curox application. By accessing or using Curox, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the Curox app, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, have the authority to enter into this agreement on behalf of your clinic, and agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions.

2. Use of the Service

Curox grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the application for legitimate physiotherapy practice management purposes. You agree not to:

• Use the app for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts or data.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the application.
• Upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful content.
• Use the app to store data belonging to clinics other than your own.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Patient Data & Consent

By entering patient data into Curox, you confirm that you have obtained the necessary patient consent to collect, store, and process their personal and medical information. Curox is a data processor — you remain the data controller and bear full responsibility for lawful data collection.

5. Subscription & Fees

Curox may offer free and paid tiers. Fees for paid plans, if any, will be clearly communicated before purchase. We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable notice to existing subscribers.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may also delete your account at any time via our Account Deletion page. Upon termination, your data will be permanently deleted within 30 days.

7. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the Curox application, including its design, code, and branding, are owned by Curox. Nothing in these Terms grants you any rights to use our trademarks or logos.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from bugs or viruses. See our Disclaimer for more details.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.

10. Changes to Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time. If changes are material, we will notify users via email or an in-app notice. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
