Curox ("we", "us", or "our") is committed to protecting the privacy of our users. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use the Curox mobile application.

1. Information We Collect

We collect information that you provide directly to us when you register and use Curox:

• Clinic Information: Clinic name, address, phone, email, and contact person details.
• Patient Data: Names, contact numbers, emails, medical history, visit notes, and treatment records entered by clinic staff.
• Account Credentials: Email address and encrypted password used for authentication.
• Device Information: Device type, operating system version, and app version for support and analytics purposes.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To provide, operate, and maintain the Curox application.
• To authenticate users and secure clinic data.
• To enable patient management and visit tracking features.
• To send important service-related communications.
• To diagnose technical issues and improve app performance.

3. Data Storage & Security

All data is stored securely on Supabase infrastructure, which uses industry-standard encryption at rest and in transit. Row-level security policies ensure each clinic can only access its own data. We do not sell, rent, or share your patient data with third parties.

4. Patient Data Responsibility

Curox acts as a data processor on behalf of clinics. The clinic (data controller) is responsible for obtaining appropriate consent from patients to store their information and for complying with applicable healthcare data regulations in their jurisdiction.

5. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. Upon account deletion, all clinic and patient data associated with your account will be permanently deleted within 30 days. See our Account Deletion page to request deletion.

6. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services:

• Supabase — Database, authentication, and storage.

These providers have their own privacy policies and security measures.

7. Children's Privacy

Curox is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify users of any significant changes via email or an in-app notice.
